Birla White WallCare Putty
A white-cement putty that gives a smooth, crack-free base before painting. It is polymer-modified so it resists moisture and holds well to the wall.

How to use it
Remove loose material with sandpaper, a putty blade or wire brush. The wall must be clean, dust-free, grease-free and wetted with water before the first coat.
