An SBR latex bonding agent and mortar improver. It helps new plaster or repair mortar stick to old concrete and makes the mortar tougher and more water resistant.

How to use it
Remove loose and weak concrete and old coatings, roughen smooth surfaces, clean rusted steel and coat it, then dampen well and remove standing water.
