A crystalline cement-based powder mixed with water and brushed onto concrete. Its active chemicals travel into the concrete pores and block water from either side.

How to use it
Remove laitance, paint and loose material by grinding or pressure cleaning, cut out honeycombed areas and repair cracks, then wet the concrete to saturated-surface-dry.
