Dr. Fixit Raincoat WPC
An elastomeric waterproof exterior coating that works as a universal basecoat under Raincoat topcoats, or alone. It is about twice as thick as normal paint and bridges hairline cracks.
Best for: Basecoat under Raincoat Classic or Select, External walls with hairline cracks, Cement sheet and concrete walls

How to use it
Let new plaster cure at least 28 days. Clean the wall, treat algae, fill cracks and pressure wash so the surface is clean and just damp.
