A single-pack, heat-reflecting elastomeric roof coating with PU-acrylic hybrid and nano fibres. It waterproofs terraces and can lower roof surface temperature by up to 10°C.

How to use it
Pressure wash the roof, remove algae, fix loose tiles and ponding areas with polymer-modified mortar and seal cracks with hybrid sealant. Roof slope should be at least 1 in 80 to 1 in 100.
