A white-cement wall putty that gives a hard, smooth base under paint. It is made to stop flaking and cracks so the paint lasts longer.

How to use it
Mix the putty with 35-40% clean water by weight and apply with a putty blade. Wait 4-6 hours between coats and let the wall dry 2-3 days before painting.
