Clean and repair
Clean the terrace, open up cracks and fill them with a crack filler or repair mortar.

Terrace waterproof coating
Apply the primer and two or three coats of terrace waterproofing, with fibre mesh at joints and corners, as the brand directs.

Heat-reflective top coat (optional)
A cool-roof coat keeps the top floor cooler and protects the waterproofing from sun.
