A white-cement putty for rough interior and exterior plaster. It gives a smooth, even base and resists water.

How to use it
Let new plaster cure 28 days. Wet the surface before the first and second coats. Mix with water to a smooth paste. Sand lightly with 180 grit; hard sanding weakens the putty.
